Project Log
The transparency policy, stated once: everything is dated, and nothing is silently edited. A correction lands as a new dated note beside the record it corrects — never as a quiet rewrite (the measurement ledger’s correction notes and the discoveries log’s superseded markers are the worked precedents). Library-state facts live in exactly one place and everything else points there. The homework is done in public, including the parts that grade poorly.
The pages below are that policy’s instances: the roadmap (the single source of truth for what exists), the changelog (what changed), discoveries (what was found, raw and dated), the risk register (the library grading itself, gaps included), and the AI usage log (who did what, human and machine, per session).
